GYMNASTICS
Frank began
his gymnastics career in the summer of 1984 after
the United States Men's Gymnastics team won the
gold medal at the Olympics in Los Angeles.
During his
thirteen-year career, Frank won many titles at
the state, regional, and national levels while
competing at the high school and club levels.
He accepted an athletic scholarship to The Ohio
State University in 1994 where he proceeded to
train with 1996 and 2000 Olympic coach Peter Kormann,
along with several other Olympians.
During his
OSU career, Frank was a member of the 1996 NCAA
National Championship team and three Big Ten Championship
teams (1994, 1996, 1997). Frank also received
First Team Academic All Big Ten and OSU Scholar
Athlete honors for his accomplishments as a student
athlete. Frank has spent time coaching boys and
girls and is a nationally certified judge.
